It was purchased by Philip Langdon in 2005 at which time it was operating as a Beef Cattle Stud. It was purchased   to become a family run thoroughbred breeding agistment and pre- training property for horses belonging to Langdon Thoroughbred Racing.

The primary function of the property is as the home of Langdon Thoroughbred Racing. Since purchasing the property, it has been adapted by the installation of post and railing fences to meet the requirements of safe horse agistment, offering safe secure day yards as well as larger spelling paddocks.
